We’re living in a time of real transformation. In the world, in our communities, and in how we lead, work, and relate to one another. After returning to Los Angeles, I’m bringing together more than twenty five years of experience in teaching, coaching, and facilitation, along with extensive training in mindfulness and Council, to support individuals, teams, and organizations in navigating change with clarity and presence.

As an award winning Mindfulness and Theatre Arts Educator based in Santa Monica, I take a whole human approach to this work. I am certified in mindfulness and Heartfulness facilitation, and trained in Council, a relational practice of deep listening and authentic communication that is now being used within organizations, leadership teams, and boards.

My work includes both individual and organizational offerings.

For individuals, our work is more personal and tailored. Supporting you in developing a sustainable mindfulness practice, strengthening self awareness, and navigating life with greater confidence and ease.
